LOST BOX RETELL PROJECT

For this college project, I was briefed a 3-5 minute short film 'retelling' a fairytale, myth or legend. Once forming my production group and taking on the role of Director of Photography and Camera Operator, we formed our idea. This was adapting the myth of Pandora's Box. After creating a script and developing a story board with the director (Olivia Russell), I formed a shot list, mood board and lighting plan in pre-production. We soon got to shooting this horror/mystery using locations such as Cassiobury Park, Watford woodland area and Abbots Langley, St Lawrence Church Graveyard (with permissions), here you'll find my planning and behind the scenes content:
